If your email address has been entered correctly in the form then you should receive an acknowledgment and details of your order to your email address. If you haven’t received such an acknowledgment then you may have entered your email address incorrectly and should complete another order.
Please check your email spam/junk folder regularly as we aim to reply within 48 hours upon receipt of your order. Our emails may occasionally be filtered into a spam/junk folder.
We will indicate in our initial response to your order, if we are able to fulfil it and if so give you an approximate timescale for delivery.
We will thereafter send you an email with confirmation of the delivery date and a time window within which time we anticipate making delivery. We will also email you an invoice under separate cover. Again these emails may occasionally be filtered into a spam/junk folder. We would prefer that payment is made by bank transfer in advance of delivery or we will accept cash/cheque upon delivery. Our invoice wil contain bank details and if you could put your name as the reference.
